Which planner is right for me?
Each of our planners is created with different planning styles in mind. If you can’t decide which layout is right for you, or want to see the differences side by side, visit this page. When can I order my planner?
Orders for the 2018 collection will be open beginning September 12th and will begin shipping in late-October. We don't have an exact ship date at this time, but will do our best to go through our quality control measures quickly and have planners out to you as soon as possible. We will keep all of our customers up to date throughout this process in our newsletters and social media. Once we ship to our pre-order customers we will have limited inventory to sell during our standard orders, so we suggest ordering during pre-orders to insure you have all choices available to you.
Our 2018-2019 collection will be available in early April, specific dates are still to be determined.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! Import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to arrive.
I want to buy in bulk for my friends / co-workers or for a workshop I'm hosting.
We would love to discuss bulk pricing with you. If you are considering bulk orders it is best to order before or during our pre-order window to insure adequate inventory. Simply email us at email@example.com and we can discuss all of the details.
I want to feature you on my blog or host a giveaway with your product.

Do you offer planners wholesale?
We do not have a formal wholesale program at this time, but we are excited to hear you’re interested in selling our planners in your store. Email us at email@example.com to discuss all of the details.
Do you offer discount codes or coupons?
We always offer a discount for our customers who want to order both of their six-month daily planners at once. You can save $10 by using code 10OFF2DAILIES. We also have a few sales throughout the year, at least one per planner season. These sales are announced to our newsletter, Instagram and Facebook followers. We do giveaways throughout the season for those who share their planners on Instagram and Facebook. Don't forget to tag us @she_plans and use hashtag #sheplans.
What is your return policy?
If an item has arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We can then coordinate the return of the damaged or incorrect item and its replacement. If you’ve simply changed your mind, we do accept returns on items within 5 business days of receipt. Since our planners are dated material we cannot accept returns after 5 business days. Please contact us letting us know that you would like to return the item and why. It is at your cost to return the item to us in its original condition. Once it has arrived safely in our shop and we can verify its condition and packaging, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
