Which planner is right for me?

Each of our planners is created with different planning styles in mind. If you can’t decide which layout is right for you, or want to see the differences side by side, visit this page.  It outlines each layout in detail.

When can I order my planner?

The beauty of our Print & Plan products is that you can always order and begin planning today! As far as our printed notebook planners, our preorder window for the 2020 collection is Sept 17th & 18th and we’ll begin standard orders on Sept 19th. The only difference between preorders & standard orders is that during preorders you are guaranteed a planner and during standard orders you are purchasing from remaining inventory which can sell out. So join us on Sept 17th & 18th to shop the 2020 collection!

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally.  Import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to arrive.  

I want to buy in bulk for my friends / co-workers or for a workshop I'm hosting. 

We would love to discuss bulk pricing with you. If you are considering bulk orders it is best to order before or during our pre-order window to insure adequate inventory.  Simply email us at hello@sheplans.com and we can discuss all of the details.

I want to feature you on my blog or host a giveaway with your product.

Do you offer planners wholesale?

We do not have a formal wholesale program at this time, but we are excited to hear you’re interested in selling our planners in your store.  Email us at hello@sheplans.com to discuss all of the details.

Do you offer discount codes or coupons?

We have a few sales throughout the year, at least one per planner season. These sales are announced to our newsletter, Instagram and Facebook followers. We do giveaways throughout the season for those who share their planners on Instagram and Facebook.  Don't forget to tag us @she_plans and use hashtag #sheplans.

What is your return policy?

If an item has arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item please contact us at hello@sheplans.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt.  We can then coordinate the return of the damaged or incorrect item and its replacement.  If you’ve simply changed your mind, we do accept returns on items within 5 business days of receipt.  Since our planners are dated material we cannot accept returns after 5 business days. Please contact us letting us know that you would like to return the item and why. It is at your cost to return the item to us in its original condition. Once it has arrived safely in our shop and we can verify its condition and packaging, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
